For those who don’t know, BITCHASSNESS is a term coined by the one and only P.Diddy on Making the Band. According to urbandictionary.com, BITCHASSNESS is “Overall stank actions towards others through words, facial expressions, and/or song.”

Don’t ignore multiple communication attempts (facebook, text msgs, phone calls, tweets etc) and have a sista thinking you are DEAD and GONE. When in all actuality (Yep I said actuality. LOL), your azz is alive and well and being a punk ass bitch!! Where dey do dat at?! Again, just tell a sista how you really feel and leave the bitchassness for the birds! THANKS!

2. If you cheat on your girl and she finds evidence to support it, particularly from going through your phone. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT tell her that you can’t trust her because she went through your phone! Punk azz! This isn’t about her, this is about you so MAN UP and leave the bitchasssness for the birds!! You are the one who can’t be trusted! Not her!!

3. If you are jealous and insecure, like most men are and you don’t like your girl keeping the company of or communicating with certain people without your knowledge and or presence just let her know!!! No need to put all kinds of blocks and shit on her phone to limit her contact with certain individuals! Such bitchassness! Then you gone do it without her knowledge!?! Behind her back though?! Like for real though?!?! Again, where dey do dat at?!?!

4. This relates to #1 but if you don’t want to go out on a date with a girl just SAY NO!! Yep, SAY NO just like you SAY NO to drugs!! I mean damn! We learned to say SAY NO in like what…FIFTH GRADE??? Well Orbit's Maui Melon Mint def fits the bill! I chew it daily. Of course, only half pieces because we all know that I have never ever been able to chew whole pieces of gum. Don't ask why because I don't know. Just feels super weird in my mouth.

Moving on, please try this specific brand and flavor if you haven't already! It supposedly fights cavities by strengthening teeth and has 40% fewer calories than sugar coated gum. Specifically, the "calorie content of [each] piece has been reduced from 5 to 3 calories!

So apparently, not only is October National Breast Cancer Awareness Month it is also National Disability Employment Awareness Month. Did you know that there are more than more 40,000 people who are blind or have other severe disabilities employed in the United States!

I actually think this number is surprisingly low because I am sure that most of you believe and “know in your heart” that all if not many of your coworkers have some mental, emotional, and or physical disability! Yall know exactly who I am talking about…the coons who need help using the phone, printer, and other basic office equipment. The idiots that think you are their friends when you can’t even stand the sight of them. Or those who come to work deathly ill only to spread their disgusting germs to innocent, upstanding coworkers such as I! UGH! Losers!!

Meanwhile, I think we all know that I am addicted to text messaging. I just can't stop even as my fingers begin to jam up. I've learned to just alternate fingers. It slows the process down but it gets the job done and that's what matters.

My last billing cycle I was involved in 13, 510 texts! Yep! BUT remember that includes sent and received messages so I guess it isn't that bad after all right?!? Ok maybe it is. (I'm mad I used the term involved! LOL!)

And now I am blogging and I am still pretty consistent on Facebook. O man what is a sista to do....DING DING! Place IcyHOT bandages on the most severely affected fingers!!

Yoplait: Save Lids Save Lives

Howdy Folks!!!

Ok so there have been multiple requests for substantiative discussions i.e. hot button topics, social issues and the like. (As if my life lacks substance! Ummmph!! LOL!) Meanwhile, here we go!

We all know someone who had been affected by breast cancer. If not, we all know someone that knows someone that has been afflicted by this unfortunate disease. With that being said, we can all help to make a difference in the lives of these aforementioned persons. I have included the facebook link (since most if not all of my blog followers are members) to Yoplait’s Breast Cancer facebook page. The page is dedicated to bringing awareness to the disease. We all know that life saving research manifests from awareness.

Yoplait is currently donating $.10 per lid to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. They hope to raise $1.5 million for the breast cancer fight. Yogurt lids are to be received no later than 12/31/09. I think this is an awesome idea.

As you can see from my pictures I have started to collect my lids!! They are sooo cute aren’t they?!?! (And yes my nails are painted pink too!! DUHHH!! ) So go get that yogurt, mail those clean lids in, and sign up with the Yoplait facebook group.

So I just left a swanky bar/restaurant named Hudson. Hot spot that I am sure to visit again. BUT I had to take pics while there and I am sure it the reason is obvious...

Ladies,

I am not sure if it's me and my bad luck BUT why are women constantly skipping the sink, water, and or soap provided in the women's restroom?!?!? In other words, why are women "doing what they do" in the stall and bypassing the hand washing process afterwards?!?! Where dey do dat at?!?!

And we wonder why there is swine flu and increased incidences of other communicable diseases!!! UGHHH! So annoying! Does anyone else feel my pain?!?! I mean has soap and water melted someone's hands in the past?? I don't know...but enlighten me if at all possible!
